Amy joined Regatta Capital Group in June 2025. In her role as Controller, she leads the company’s finance and accounting functions.
Amy brings over 25 years of corporate finance experience to Regatta. Prior to joining the company, she held senior to executive level financial leadership positions in the Professional Services and Aerospace & Defense industries.
Amy holds an M.S. degree in Finance from Georgetown University, an M.S. degree in Advanced Management from Claremount Graduate University, an MBA degree from San Francisco State University, and a B.S. degree in International Finance from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, China.
Amy is a passionate educator and career mentor. She teaches Corporate Finance as an adjunct professor to both undergraduate and MBA students at Loyola Marymount University. She has been mentoring college students, graduate school students, and early-career finance professionals for over 15 years.
Outside of work, Amy is an avocational opera singer. She is a soprano at the Verdi Chorus, the only choral company that is solely dedicated to operatic repertoire in Southern California. She will make her professional debut with the LA Mission Opera in their professionally staged production of Puccini’s opera, Tosca, in June 2025.
Amy is an avid world traveler. Some of her most mesmerizing travel experiences include crossing the Arctic Circle in Finland, hunting for the northern lights in a forest in sub-zero temperatures, jumping in a hot spring in -40°F in Alaska, staying at a 600-year-old hotel in Estonia, and solo backpacking trips in remote areas in China.
